PUSHING BOUNDARIES TO #GOBEYOND

Oblivion 2020 has the potential to be a 60k+/37+mile/450+ obstacle challenge. It’s Nuclear Oblivion EXTREME. Designed to challenge the fastest and fittest obstacle race athletes out there; it’s our most brutal & unforgiving event in the Nuclear calendar.

There’s 8.5 hours to complete as many 12k laps on the Nuclear Rush course tackling 90+ man-made & natural obstacles per lap. This event requires hardcore training as it’s the ultimate test of physical and mental endurance and strength. Entrants are Oblivion Extreme Legends. This is not a team event. Pit Crew welcome.

Event Format:

  • Limited to 250 entrants
  • This is a lap race
  • 1 lap = 90+ obstacles
  • Exclusive start time
  • Chip timing
  • Transition Zone
  • Pit Crew (max 2 people per runner, normal spectator entry fee applies) welcome at Transition Zone.
  • Oblivion Extreme 2020 medal for those who complete 2 laps or more + wristband & Oblivion personalised running vest.
  • Nuclear Rush 2020 medal for those who complete less than 2 laps + wristband & Oblivion personalised running vest.
  • Every entrant will wear a personalised running vest, which will enable priority at all obstacles. This event is about your endurance. Oblivion Extreme runners must complete all obstacles. Competitors must have one or more genuine attempts but if continuously unsuccessful a penalty must be taken (eg: sin-bin, carry, extra run). Competitors will be told what the penalty is and how to undertake it at the obstacle.

The race will finish after 8.5 hours.

  • You’ll be unable to start a 12km lap after 3pm
  • We will start clearing the Oblivion course from 5pm onwards (last runner 1st)

Snacks/drinks/food to be left at the Refuelling Transition Zone with Pit Crew.
