Born to obstacle race? Natural ninja? Mini OCR athlete in the making? Rookies are the future of obstacle racing & at Nuclear we treat our younger racers the same as our adult lovemudders. The Rookie Pro wave is a timed, competitive race, in the first wave of Sunday Nuclear Rush. Suitable for experienced obstacle racing kids who want to compete to win. 

RACE INFORMATION:

• 2 x 1.5k laps Rookie Rush course
• The course distance is 3k
• There are approx 25 obstacles per lap
• All racers are chip-timed
• Bibs will be supplied at registration and must be worn for identification purposes. 
• The race is adjudicated.
• There is no warm-up, please warm-up yourself
• All obstacles are mandatory completion. Racers must complete all obstacles. Bib is removed if unsuccessful. Multiple attempts are allowed at each obstacle.
• Your race-time starts when you cross the start mat, rather than the start gun.
• The first Rookie race will start at 9:05am so if still on course be mindful of incoming traffic.
• No parents on course at any time.
