Individual Racers:
You can transfer your ticket to a friend or to another event up to 48 hours before race day via your dashboard in your email confirmation. To transfer to a friend, select “Transfer to a friend” and enter their email address. They must accept within 48 hours or before the transfer deadline. They will keep your wave time and be charged a transfer fee at checkout. Any financial arrangements are between you and your friend.
If your friend does not receive the transfer email Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. If the email isn’t there:

Cancel the transfer via your dashboard.

Resend the transfer, ensuring the email address is correct.
Wait 5 minutes before trying again.
If your transfer to another event option is greyed out this could be because:
- The transfer window is closed
- You’ve started a transfer and not completed it. Close your browser, please wait 5 minutes and try again
Team Racers:
If you are racing as part of a team, please email races@nuclearessex.com up to 48 hours before race day to arrange a transfer or change.
Transfer Fees:
- £10 per transfer when made more than a week before the race.
- £15 per transfer in the week leading up to the race.
