Race Day Rules
For safety, fairness and the best possible race experience, all competitors must follow these rules:

Wear trail trainers to protect yourself and other participants.

Be responsible for your own warm-up and cool-down.

Follow all event rules and regulations.

Complete all workouts in the correct order as outlined in the event rules.

Perform each workout exactly as listed.
-
Use the correct start and finish lines at each workout station.
-
Use the correct weight for your gender and complete the required number of repetitions.
-
Complete each 1km trail run, including the two hurdle obstacles.
-
Respect that marshals have the final decision on all judging matters.

Stay hydrated using the water provided on site.
-
Complete the race within 2.5 hours.

Register at the event on the day at the registration desk, where you will be issued a chip timing tag. This must be securely attached to your trainer following the given instructions.

Arrive at the start arch at least five minutes before your start time. Missing your slot may result in being allocated a later time if available.
