Choose your challenge on our 6km or 12km courses; there’s over 70 obstacles on the 12km course, including our famous Death Slides and para-plunge zip lines. Rush - 6K

The 6 km course offers a thrilling foray through muddy farmland, woodlands and lakes, and is complete with approximately 40+ obstacles to test your determination, agility and adventurous spirit.
Set in the heart of the Secret Nuclear Bunker Estate in Essex, and while challenging, it’s open to participants aged 13+ (adult accompaniment required for 13 – 15 year olds) and welcomes all fitness levels.
You’ll be chip‑timed and receive a finishers medal, but there’s no penalty for skipping obstacles, meaning that you can pace yourself and enjoy the experience rather than race the clock.

Taking you deep into muddy farmland, woodland and lakes on the imposing terrain of the Secret Nuclear Bunker Estate in Essex, the 12km races offers over 70 obstacles and a true endurance feel for those ready to push their limits.
With chip‑timing, high‑quality, achievable natural and man‑made obstacles and no penalty system (you can attempt as many or as few obstacles as you like), it’s built for both seasoned racers and adventurous newcomers alike.

Rush Oblivion Storm - 38K+

Not for the faint‑hearted, the Rush Oblivion Storm is designed to challenge the fastest and fittest obstacle race athletes, it’s a brutal challenge.
New for 2026: Rush Oblivion Storm will now include Nuclear Fit Storm!Â
Start at Nuclear Fit Storm for one lap of the 6 functional fitness stations then onto the main obstacle course to start your lapped obstacle race. You’ll have 8.5 hours to complete as many laps of the 12k Nuclear Rush course as possible, completing 70+ man made and natural obstacles per lap.
This race requires hardcore training to gain your title, overcoming a physical and mental test of endurance, strength and skill.

RUSH ROOKIES - 1.5K​

The first muddy step! A single lap of the 1.5km fun course, built just for the youngest adventurers to conquer the mud.
Rush Rookies is the perfect introduction to obstacle racing for children and teenagers, designed for ages 4 – 14. The course is shorter and more manageable than adult races, but still packed with mud, water, climbing and crawling challenges that are fun and safe.
Young participants can tackle obstacles at their own pace, with an emphasis on enjoyment, confidence‑building and teamwork rather than speed.
Each Rookie finisher receives a medal, giving them a sense of achievement and a memorable first taste of the adventure that Nuclear Races offers.

RUSH ROOKIES - 3K

The next step up for young racers aged 9–14, Rush Rookies 3km is for those who are ready for a more challenging and adventurous obstacle experience.
Covering a longer and slightly tougher course than the standard Rookies, it features mud, water, climbing, crawling and more complex obstacles to test balance, coordination and stamina in a safe, supervised environment.
Participants tackle the course at their own pace and every finisher receives a medal, giving them a sense of achievement and a taste of the bigger, Nuclear Races ahead.

For Rookies looking to challenge themselves further, Rush Rookies Pro is designed for competitive young racers who are ready to test their strength, skill and determination.
Completing two laps of the 1.5km course, the main difference with Rookie Rush Pro is that all obstacles are mandatory. Not able to complete an obstacle? Then you must perform 10 chest-to-floor burpees before moving on!
