How to get the offer
Book Your 5k Wave: As the Team Captain, set up your team and ensure you select one of the eligible 5k team waves (Misters, Sisters, Blast, or Family).
Rally Your Tribe: Recruit your members to reach one of the following milestones:
20+ Members: Claim 4 x Free Parking Passes (worth £20)
30+ Members: Claim a Nuclear Voucher (£50)
Claim Your Reward: Once your team hits the milestone, contact the Nuclear Races team to arrange your reward fulfilment.
How to Book a Team (Team Captain)
Follow these simple steps to set up your mission crew (minimum 5 team members required):
- Select Your Event: As the Team Captain, choose the event you would like to enter.
- Start a Team: Scroll down to the team entry tabs and click on “Sign up a team now.”
- Name Your Crew: Enter your unique team name.
- Set Team Size: Enter the number of places you would like to book or hold (include your entry).
- Set Privacy: Select Private (requires a password to join) or Public (no password required).
- Confirm Signup: Click Sign up now.
- Identify Yourself: Select the “Are you the team captain YES.”
- Enter Details: Fill in your personal details.
- Choose Wave Time: Select the team wave start time. It is critical that you choose a wave time with enough spaces for the whole team.
- Pay & Finish: At the bottom, you can choose to finish and pay for your space, or add the details of another team member and pay for them.
- Confirmation: Once paid, a confirmation email with the team name and password (if private) will be sent to pass on to other members.
Holding Places for Your Team
When the team captain creates a team and pays for their own space, those places are reserved for a maximum of 10 days from the original registration date (Excluding all Rookie events). After this period, the reserved places will automatically be placed back for sale on the website.
Please Note: Reserved entries are not associated with the entry fee. If there is a price rise during the reserved timeframe, this will impact those registering to your team.
How Team Members Join
Get Details: Your Team Captain will send you the team name and password (if applicable) from their confirmation email.
Book Online: Book via the website, selecting the same event entry that the team was set up on (e.g., Rush 12K team entry).
Join Team: Select Join team.
Enter Info: Enter the team name and password (if the team is Private).
Fill Form: Complete the registration form.
Pay & Finish: At the end of the form, you can choose to finish and pay, or add another member then pay.
Confirmation: Once paid, a confirmation email will be sent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MUD TRIBE TEAM OFFER
This offer provides tiered rewards (free parking and vouchers) for teams securing event entries for 20 or more participants in a qualifying Mud Tribe wave.
Eligibility & Application
Qualifying Wave: The booking must be made as a team in one of the following 5k waves: Mud Misters, Mud Sisters, Mud Blast, or Mud Family.
Reward Tiers:
20+ Participants: Qualifies the team for 4 x Free Parking Passes ($\pounds 20$ value).
30+ Participants: Qualifies the team for 1 x Nuclear Voucher ($\pounds 50$ value).
Voucher Value: The Nuclear Voucher is issued at a face value of $\pounds 50$.
Restrictions & Limitations
Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes. This offer does not apply to the main Nuclear Races events (Rush, Fallout) or any other sub-brand activities.
Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. Free parking passes are only valid for the event date booked.
Reward Limit: Only one reward can be claimed per tier (i.e., a team of 30+ claims the $\pounds 50$ voucher, not both rewards).
Booking & Administrative Terms
Claiming Rewards: Rewards must be claimed by contacting the Nuclear Races team once the respective team milestones are reached.
Availability: Entry is subject to wave availability at the time of booking.
Right to Refuse: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to refuse this offer if it is reasonably believed that the booking does not meet all of the stated qualifying criteria.
Withdrawal: This offer is valid until further notice and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
