Nuclear Races and Nuclear Mud Tribe is about shared struggle, teamwork, and massive rewards. We want to make it as easy as possible to bring your tribe. When your team hits 10 members, the booking system will automatically process a 10% refund to all members! This makes the admin simple, so you can focus on the training.
The early-bird price for all events is the cheapest available price. Once the early-bird offer has ended, the 10% team discount will apply to the standard price.
Team Milestones: The rewards don’t stop there – hit 30, 60, or 100 members and we add free places and exclusive Nuclear DryRobe swag to your haul!
How to get the offer
Set Up Your Team: As Team Captain, select your event, set up your team name (minimum 5 members), and choose your wave time.
Hit 10 Members: Once your team reaches 10 members, the booking system will automatically refund 10% of the entry price to the card(s) used for booking.
Chase the Milestones! Email races@nuclearessex.com when you reach the following:
30 Members: Claim One Free Race Place
60 Members: Claim Two Free Race Places
100 Members: Claim Two Free Race Places and a Nuclear DryRobe
How to Book a Team (Team Captain)
Follow these simple steps to set up your mission crew (minimum 5 team members required):
- Select Your Event: As the Team Captain, choose the event you would like to enter.
- Start a Team: Scroll down to the team entry tabs and click on “Sign up a team now.”
- Name Your Crew: Enter your unique team name.
- Set Team Size: Enter the number of places you would like to book or hold (include your entry).
- Set Privacy: Select Private (requires a password to join) or Public (no password required).
- Confirm Signup: Click Sign up now.
- Identify Yourself: Select the “Are you the team captain YES.”
- Enter Details: Fill in your personal details.
- Choose Wave Time: Select the team wave start time. It is critical that you choose a wave time with enough spaces for the whole team.
- Pay & Finish: At the bottom, you can choose to finish and pay for your space, or add the details of another team member and pay for them.
- Confirmation: Once paid, a confirmation email with the team name and password (if private) will be sent to pass on to other members.
Holding Places for Your Team
When the team captain creates a team and pays for their own space, those places are reserved for a maximum of 10 days from the original registration date (Excluding all Rookie events). After this period, the reserved places will automatically be placed back for sale on the website.
Please Note: Reserved entries are not associated with the entry fee. If there is a price rise during the reserved timeframe, this will impact those registering to your team.
How Team Members Join
Get Details: Your Team Captain will send you the team name and password (if applicable) from their confirmation email.
Book Online: Book via the website, selecting the same event entry that the team was set up on (e.g., Rush 12K team entry).
Join Team: Select Join team.
Enter Info: Enter the team name and password (if the team is Private).
Fill Form: Complete the registration form.
Pay & Finish: At the end of the form, you can choose to finish and pay, or add another member then pay.
Confirmation: Once paid, a confirmation email will be sent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: NUCLEAR RACES GROUP DISCOUNT
This offer provides tiered rewards (discounts, free places, and merchandise) for teams securing race entries for 10 or more participants. These terms apply specifically to group bookings for Nuclear Races events.
Eligibility & Application
10% Discount: The 10% discount applies to all individual entries made under an official team name once the team has reached a minimum of 10 confirmed participants.
Discount Application: The 10% discount is applied as an automatic refund to the card(s) used for the original booking once the team meets the 10-member minimum. No discount code is required.
Pricing Priority: The early-bird price is the lowest available price. The 10% team discount will only apply to the standard price once the early-bird promotional period has ended.
Free Places & Merch: Free race places and the Nuclear DryRobe are awarded when the team reaches 30, 60, and 100 confirmed participants, respectively, and the team captain contacts the race team for fulfilment.
Restrictions & Limitations
Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher codes or special offers.
Non-Transferable: Free race places are non-transferable and must be used for the current or next race event. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
Booking & Administrative Terms
Claiming Rewards: Tiered rewards (free places, DryRobe) must be claimed by emailing races@nuclearessex.com when the respective milestones are hit.
Holding Places: Places reserved by the Team Captain are held for a maximum of 10 days from the original registration date (excluding Rookie events). Note: Reserved entries are not associated with the entry fee, and any price rise during the holding period will impact those registering.
Competitive Wave: The only competitive race is the NUCLEAR CHALLENGE CUP wave at Nuclear Fallout. All other events are non-competitive.
Corporate Payment: Companies wishing to pay via invoice for the entire team should contact races@nuclearessex.com.
Right to Refuse: Nuclear Essex reserves the right to refuse the offer if the qualifying criteria are not fully met.
