As one of our #Marshalfamily you’ll be helping our Nuclear race day be a great one! Marshalling may include: an obstacle on the course, duties in the event village, finish zone or flow management.
Nuclear marshals need to be adaptable and flexible, you may be given a different job from the one you were originally allocated. Our volunteers are fully briefed on race day by team leaders. A marshal’s duty is to be motivating, helpful and able to deal with problems should they need to. We don’t expect our marshal crew to do anything they aren’t capable of doing. It can be a long, tough day so be prepared to be in the thick of an exciting, fast moving, demanding but exhilarating and hugely rewarding (at times MUDDY!!!!) environment.
To get the best experience from the day, get stuck in – embrace the experience! You’ll have a great time and the racers will love you for it!

*If you opt for the FREE RACE TICKET marshal reward it cannot be claimed at the same event e.g marshalling at Blast, does not earn a race at Blackout on the same date (the reason for this: – we can’t guarantee day time marshals will be finished, off the course & checked out in time).
