RACE INFORMATION:
2 x 1.5k laps Rookie Rush course
The course distance is 3k
There are approx 25 obstacles per lap
All racers are chip-timed
Bibs will be supplied at registration and must be worn for identification purposes.
The race is adjudicated.
There is no warm-up, please warm-up yourself
All obstacles are mandatory completion. Racers must complete all obstacles. Bib is removed if unsuccessful. Multiple attempts are allowed at each obstacle.
Your race-time starts when you cross the start mat, rather than the start gun.
The first Rookie race will start at 9:05am so if still on course be mindful of incoming traffic.
No parents on course at any time.
